Women’s Sunday School Class Schedule

Attention All Ladies of Redemption Fellowship Church

Please note that the Women’s Sunday School Class will meet each Sunday morning in the classroom. Classes will take place every Sunday morning at 9:30 am at the church.  The dates for Intercessory Prayer for July is July 30th; for August is August 27th; and for September is September 24th. On these days, we will have prayer in lieu of class. All women are encouraged to attend.  We will begin class and prayer promptly at 9:30 a.m.

Everyone is encouraged to come out to share the word each Sunday morning.  The topics and teachers vary each week, but the focus is on edifying women in their walk with the Lord.

December 2017

Sunday, December 3rd – Regular class @ 9:30 a.m.
Sunday, December 10th - Regular class @ 9:30 a.m.
Sunday, December 17th – NO CLASS OR PRAYER
Sunday, December 24th – NO CLASS OR PRAYER
Sunday, December 31st - NO CLASS OR PRAYER

January 2018

Sunday, January 7th – Regular class @ 9:30 a.m.
Sunday, January 14th – Regular class @ 9:30 a.m.
Sunday, January 21st - Regular class @ 9:30 a.m.

Women’s Fellowship – December

Attention RFC Ladies:

We will be have our next session of Women’s Fellowship for the month of December on Friday, December 15th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 pm.

In lieu of our usual fellowship, the ladies will have an Ornament Exchange in the home of Sister Moni Vanlandingham.  Please check your emails for address information.

Ladies are asked to bring a wrapped ornament that costs $5.00 or less.  Please mark this date on your calendars and make plans to come out!!

Our Women’s Bible Study Fellowship is scheduled to take place on the third Saturday of each month, unless otherwise stated.  The schedule for the first quarter of 2018 is as follows:

January 2018 – Saturday, January 20th
February 2018 – Saturday, February 17th
March 2018 – Saturday, March 17th

Brunch will be served at each meeting so we are asking for volunteers to bring something to share if your heart desires.  Those who choose to bring something, feel free to bring whatever you choose.

We are so excited to meet again.  Let’s continue to grow in the Word of God together!!!

Ladies of Redemption Intercessory Prayer – January

Attention Ladies of Redemption:

Please mark your calendars and plan to attend our next Redemption Fellowship Intercessory Meeting, which is scheduled to take place Sunday, January 28th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the church in the Redemption Fellowship Women’s Sunday School Room.  The intercessory prayer team would like for all who can attend to join them in prayer.  On this day, we will have 75 minutes of prayer in lieu of study.  All women are encouraged to attend.  We will begin prayer promptly at 9:30 a.m.

Additionally, please note that our regular Sunday School Class will resume on Sunday, February 4, 2018.

The Women’s Ministry Needs New Members

Attention:  Women of Redemption Fellowship Church

The Women’s Ministry needs your help.  The current board members are  looking for members who are willing to share their time, thoughts, and innovative ideas with this ministry as the church strives to help women grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

If you are interested in becoming a part of this very important ministry but were unable to attend the meeting, please contact the church office or you may contact any of the current board members, namely Sister Alma Stone, Sister Denise Hedgeman, or Sister Sheila Toppin.

The Women’s Ministry is responsible for planning fellowships and special events such as retreats, the Mother’s Day Tea, and the Christmas Brunch, as well as maintaining the Women’s Ministry Bolg.  Our focus is to encourage women to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ through discipleship, prayer, Christian education, outreach and fellowship.

We now have a new Women’s Ministry blog which will serve as our main source of communication. The blog can be accessed at http://rfwomensministry.blogspot.com/.

The blog contains inspiring articles, meeting notices, committee updates, information on upcoming events, and women’s bible study outlines.

The Women’s Ministry Council Members (Alma Stone, Denise Hedgeman, and Sheila Toppin) administer and monitor the blog; however, everyone is encouraged to post comments and send prayer requests/updates.
