Attention Ladies of Redemption:

Please mark your calendars and plan to attend our next Redemption Fellowship Intercessory Meeting, which is scheduled to take place Sunday, September 29th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the church in the Redemption Fellowship Women’s Sunday School Room.  The intercessory prayer team would like for all who can attend to join them in prayer.  On this day, we will have 75 minutes of prayer in lieu of study.  All women are encouraged to attend.  We will begin prayer promptly at 9:30 a.m.

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people – for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. – 1 Tim 2:1-2 (NIV)

… The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. – James 5:16 (NIV)

Wednesday Night Bible Study and Prayer – Oct. 2nd

Posted on Aug 15 , 2019 in Happenings & Ministry Updates

ATTN:  RFC Family and Friends -

Please join us for our combined session of Bible Study and Corporate Prayer on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.  The schedule for this combined session of Bible Study and Prayer will be:

* 6:45 pm – 7:00 pm – Snack
* 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Bible Study
* 8:00 pm – 8:30 pm – Prayer

It is envisioned that when we combine, prayer will be a natural response to the truth being taught through the Bible Study sessions.  We rejoice that those who have longed to be a part of Bible Study and Prayer can now participate in both on the same night rather than facing the challenge of coming out to the church on two nights every week.

Bible Study provides an in-depth study of the Books of the Bible and is geared towards helping participants gain a better understanding of God’s Word and grow in Christian character.  It also provides an opportunity for members to connect and learn with each other while continuing to grow their personal relationship with God.

Corporate Prayer is a time for praying for your needs as well as for the needs of others.  Jesus promised: “If two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven” (Matthew 18:10).

Please plan to come out each Wednesday night as we continue to study God’s Word and pray for the needs of our church and beyond.  Everyone is welcome.  We look forward to seeing you.

Family Worship – October

Attention: All Parents

Please remember that Sunday, October 6th is Family Worship Sunday.  These Sundays provide time for our families to worship together and for recognizing our time for Communion.  All students will remain in the Sanctuary during our worship service today.

The nursery will NOT be open on the first Sunday of each month, which is Family Worship Sunday.  The nursery will be available for mothers and their babies only if needed for privacy in tending to their needs.

For any questions, please see Elder Frank Brown or Sister Martha Barnett.
